Welcome to the Alexandrian Practice. I am your Therapist, my name is Alexander Parsons and I have a background in Research, Leading Teams within a Business setting and Coaching.
My aim is to help you make a positive change that will create a shift and a transformation that will enable you to find ways to deal with the issues that you maybe be struggling with today. As a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, I can help find ways for you to align your mind and body that can allow you to leave issues behind and choose new futures and directions.
I am therefore your guide, coach and facilitator that can help you access the subconscious to align mind and body to create a positive change in the direction you desire.
I am a Quest Institute trained Cognitive Hypnotherapist and NLP Master Practitioner. I am a registered Hypnotherapist with the Complementary and Natural Healthcare Council and a member of the National Council for Hypnotherapy. I am also an EFT practitioner and a member of the Association for Meridian Energy Therapies.
