Some tips for positive living:
Find at least one thing that makes you happy each day. Whatever that might be for you. It could be a wonderful flower, birdsong, a beautiful sunset or a even a great result. You may start to notice that you see them more and more.
Say “thank you” to someone at least twice a day. Smile….It is really amazing that you can start to notice how you feel happier.
