All sports whether they are endurance, sprints, powerful, technical or thoughtful will require a belief in your ability to succeed in order for you to maximise your performance. During your training an ability to motivate yourself, develop your skill and capabilities and your resilience to find a consistency are key aspects of success. When you are competing, an ability to Let go and be in the “the zone” is a vital aspect of reaching your best performance.
Getting into the zone may require you to relax and let go, to just do without thinking or getting in your own way.

Use your peripheral vision to find the “zone” and allow your body to take control and be the performer you can be.
